D.I. Blow Opticians is an independent opticians, covering Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire consisting of 13 branches, that has been operating since 1976.
The aim was to raise brand awareness of D.I Blow Opticians, increase their social presence, and boost their overall visibility to consumers looking for a new optician.
Organic Social
We have helped to raise D. I. Blow’s brand awareness across their social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram. Our strategy has focused on posts that raise awareness of potential eye complications, the importance of getting an eye test, and reminders for booking eye exams.
Paid Digital Media
With D. I. Blow Opticians, we decided on the Meta Ads approach. We focused on creating a custom post for each of the optician’s branches to target potential customers in those specific areas. This approach paid off with over 4,000 clicks on the Meta Ads with an average CPC of £0.41.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
To improve D. I. Blow Optician’s organic ranking position on Google and other search engines, we create SEO-optimised content for their website on a monthly basis in the form of blogs. These blogs focus on topics specific to the healthcare and eyecare industry, making use of keywords that are frequently searched for. These blogs are thoroughly researched in order to add value to the consumer’s website journey.
Website Design & Branding
In 2024, D. I. Blow Opticians added Spybey’s Opticians to their group of practices. Spybey’s was to retain its own name and therefore needed new branding to fit in with the D. I. Blow Opticians theme whilst still retaining its own name and characteristics. The Spybey’s website was overhauled and a colour scheme and style cohesive with that of D. I. Blow Opticians was created.
